SAME DAY DISPATCH WHEN YOU ORDER BEFORE 4PM
You’ll be pleased to hear that we’ll dispatch your order on the very same day that it’s placed – for all orders placed before 4pm, Monday-Friday*.
As our name suggests, we’ll make sure your items arrive as quickly as you need them. Once you’ve placed your order, we believe you shouldn’t have to wait around for it. But rest assured, your order won’t be rushed. You’ll receive the high level of customer service and quality control which we pride ourselves on.

BACKORDER POLICY
Delivering you the best possible value is incredibly important to us. Which is why we accept backorders on some of our most popular items, allowing you access to the very best bulk discounts.
All items in your order that we currently have in stock will be dispatched immediately, then any back-ordered items will be added to our next supplier shipment.
As soon as your back-ordered items arrive at our warehouse, they will be dispatched to your specified delivery address within 1 working day and you’ll be notified by email.
Since we receive regular shipments from the majority of our suppliers; depending on when your order is placed, it can take as little as 3 working days.
However, we advise to allow 5-10 working days to receive your back-ordered items.
On the rare occasion that we can’t fulfil your back-ordered items (e.g. due to product specific supply issues), the affected items will be cancelled and a refund provided.
DIRECT DISPATCH ITEMS
Some of our items are Direct Dispatch, meaning they are sent to you directly from the supplier.
Although Direct Despatch orders are often delivered as quickly as 1-2 working days, due to the individual delivery policies of our suppliers, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of these items.
You’ll see that every Direct Dispatch item listed on our website has a notice included at the bottom of the product description.
When a Direct Dispatch product is added to the cart you’ll be notified once more, and then again before you checkout.
